The 1492 hotel rooms are equipped with the following services for you to spend a comfortable and safe vacation.
Air-conditioning
Each room has its temperature control that is on the wall of the entrance hall, when the balcony or terrace door is open it is deactivated
Smoke detectors
They are located in all suites and common areas, in case of fire they will be activated and trained personnel will follow the process to keep everyone safe. Behind the room entrance door you can find information on emergency exit. In case you have an accident, contact Serviprincess Ext. 0
Safety Deposit Box
It is a service at no extra cost that is found in all the closets of the suites, to activate it you must enter 6 digits and followed by the "#" button, that will be your personal code. The hotel is only responsible for the loss of objects inside the properly closed box.
Servibar
All suites have a minibar with refreshing drinks and beers with daily refill.
Pool towels
At your check in you will receive some cards that you can exchange for blue towels in the pool area, when you return the room you must return them, otherwise a charge of $400 MXN per card or towel will apply.
Bath towels
In your room you will find bath, facial and hand towels, we ask you not to use them in pool or beach areas. If you want us to change it, place it on the floor and the maids will change it for you during room cleaning. If you need more, call Serviprincess Ext. 0. You can join our 360° program by hanging and reusing your towels during your stay.
Telephone (Additional Charge)
From your room for any outside call you must dial "9" and when the line is heard you can dial the full number you want to call. For assistance please call "Serviprincess Ext. 0
Television
Each room has a television with the following programming:
The remote control is placed next to the TV, in case of loss or damage, a charge of $400 MXN will be made.
Hairdryer
The hairdryer works by turning on the red switch and pressing the black button on the dryer. Please do not unplug it from its place
Laundry (Additional Charge)
If you would like your clothes to be washed or ironed, simply place them in the bag you will find in the wardrobe and leave it on the bed. Do not forget to fill out and sign the laundry form. Please do not hang clothes or towels over the terrace railings, as it is forbidden by politeness rules.
Voltage
The voltage in the Hotel is standard 110 volts. We encourage you not to use equipment that requires different voltage. Let us remind you the sockets here are different that the European ones. May you require and adaptor for a European plug, it can be found at the Hotel Boutique at additional cost. Please contact Concierge to request information. Ext 4330 / 4331 / 4332
Cleaning service
If you do not wish to be disturbed during normal suite cleaning hours (09:00 to 15:00), use the "do not disturb” sign.
Repairs
If you should detect any defect or anomaly, either in your suite or in the Hotel facilities, we kindly request that you inform our Front Desk staff so that it can be repaired as soon as possible. Or contact Serviprincess Ext. 0 - Concierge Ext. 4330 / 4331 / 4332
Water
The water in the suites is not recommended to ingest. The Hotel provides potable water at the bars and restaurants, as well as bottles of water in the servibar.
