The 1492 rooms of the hotel are equipped with the following services to ensure you have a comfortable and safe vacation.
Air Conditioning
Each room has its own temperature control located on the wall of the entrance hallway; when the balcony or terrace door is open, it will deactivate.
Smoke Detectors
They are located in all suites and common areas; in case of fire, they will activate, and trained staff will follow the process to ensure everyone's safety. Behind the entrance door of the rooms, you can find information about emergency exits. In case of an accident, please contact Serviprincess Ext. 0.
Safe
This is a complimentary service found in all suite wardrobes; to activate it, you must enter 6 digits followed by the "#" button, which will be your personal code. The hotel is only responsible for the loss of items inside the properly closed safe.
Minibar
All suites come with a minibar stocked with refreshing drinks and beers, replenished daily.
Pool Towels
At check-in, you will receive cards that can be exchanged for blue towels in the pool area; when you check out, you must return them; otherwise, a charge of $400 MXN per card or towel will apply.
Bath Towels
In your room, you will find bath towels, face towels, and hand towels; please do not use them in pool or beach areas. If you would like them changed, place them on the floor, and the housekeeping staff will replace them during room cleaning; if you need more, call Serviprincess Ext. 0. You can join our 360° program by hanging and reusing your towels during your stay.
Phone (Additional Charge)
From your room, for any external call, you must dial "9" and when you hear the line, you can dial the full number you wish to call. If you need assistance, please contact ServiPrincess Ext. 0.
Television
Each room has a television with the following programming:
Next to the television, the remote control is placed; in case of loss or damage, a charge of $400 MXN will be applied.
Hair Dryer
The hair dryer works by turning on the red switch and pressing the black button on the dryer. Please do not unplug it.
Laundry (Additional Charge)
If you want your clothes washed or ironed, just place them in the bag found in the wardrobe and leave it on the bed. Don’t forget to sign and fill out the laundry form. Please do not hang clothes or towels on the railings of the terraces, as it is prohibited according to decorum rules.
Voltage
The hotel voltage is 110 volts. Please do not use equipment that requires a different voltage. Remember that the plugs are different from European ones; if you need an adapter for European-type plugs, you can find it in the Hotel Boutique for an additional charge. If necessary, request information from Concierge Ext. 4330 / 4331 / 4332.
Cleaning Service
If you wish not to be disturbed during the usual cleaning hours of the suites (09:00 to 15:00), please indicate it on the panel with the red "do not disturb" button.
Repairs
If you detect any damage or defect, either in your suite or in the hotel in general, we would appreciate it if you could report it to ServiPrincess ext. 0.
Water
The water in the hotel suites is not recommended for consumption. The hotel provides drinking water in bars and restaurants, as well as bottled water for your consumption in the minibar.
