The Reception is open 24 hours a day. Please feel free to contact Reception if you have any questions or need information.
Currency Exchange
Traveler's checks are not accepted. Cash can be exchanged at Reception according to our currency exchange table. We do not accept personal checks.
Package Service
In case you receive a telegram, letter, fax, or other type of correspondence, you will be notified by phone.
Key Card
You must carry the entry card given to you at Reception upon your arrival at all times. The key opens the door to your suite. To turn on the lights in your suite, insert it into the box next to the door.
Credit Cards
At the hotel, we accept American Express, Visa, and Mastercard for your payments. We also have ATMs in the lobby area that dispense dollars and pesos on the ground floor.

Check-in
The check-in time for our suites is at 3:00 PM even if your arrival time at the Hotel was hours earlier. Our intention is to give you your suite upon your arrival, as long as availability permits.
Lost Items
We ask that you hand over any items found in the hotel to Concierge. If you are missing an item, please contact:

Batteries
Guests are kindly requested not to throw away their used batteries, as they pollute the environment. Please hand them in at Reception and we will take care of disposing of them.
