Currency exchange
Traveler’s checks are not accepted. Cash can be changed at the Front Desk in accordance with our foreign currency exchange table. We do not accept personal checks.

Mail and messages
If you should receive a telegram, letter, fax or any other kind of correspondence, we will deliver it to your suite.

Key card
You must carry the entrance card you are given at the Reception on your arrival, everywhere with you. The key opens the door to your suite. Turn the lights on by inserting it into the box by the door.

We accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard for payment of your bills. For your convenience, an ATM is located in both Grand Sunset and Grand Riviera Princess lobbies

The check-in hour at our suites is 15:00hrs in spite of the fact that your arrival time to the Hotel had been hours before. Our intention is to give you your suite on your arrival, provided that the availability permits it.

Let us remind you that on the day of your departure, you should check out before 12:00 midday. From that moment on, you can still enjoy the All Inclusive Plan until the moment of your definitive departure. We put at your disposal our late leaving service.

Lost and Found
We ask you to deliver to Concierge any found articles in the hotel. If you have missing any item, please contact:

Guests are kindly requested not to throw in the garbage their used batteries as they pollute the environment. Please hand them in at the Reception and we will dispose of them.
